Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements, preferences, and budget.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, finance options, and available offers.
• Generate sales leads through walk-in customers, digital enquiries, referrals, and follow-up calls.
• Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings and sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership business growth.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, and Registration teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
• Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, and daily sales reports in the CRM/DMS.
• Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience from the initial enquiry to final vehicle delivery.
• Stay updated on vehicle features, competitor offerings, and market trends.
• Follow dealership sales processes and company policies.
