Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage retail outlets, drive sales, handle distributors, and ensure product availability and visibility across assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and improve store sales.
• Visit retail stores as per the planned schedule and book orders.
• Ensure product availability, supply, fulfilment, and shelf visibility.
• Handle distributor operations and monitor distributor performance.
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets.
• Launch new products and product categories in stores.
• Execute sampling, promotional, and marketing activities at stores.
• Monitor competitor activities and sales.
• Manage chiller placement and branding activities in stores.
• Ensure proper stock rotation and control returns through FIFO.
• Communicate schemes and business development programs to retailers.
• Plan and execute retailer engagement activities, including farm visits.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Dairy, or Retail Sales is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and regular store visits.
• Experience in distributor and retailer handling will be an advantage.
• Should be target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
