Qualifications

Proven skills in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management, preferably within technology or SaaS sectors.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with confidence in engaging CXO-level and business stakeholders.
Ability to understand and articulate AI, software, or digital solutions in clear, business-focused terms.
Experience using CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and basic productivity applications (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations).
Goal-oriented mindset with consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
Prior experience selling AI, automation, or enterprise technology solutions in the Pune or broader Indian market is an advantage.
