Sales Executive

Your Responsibilities

• Contact inbound leads received through digital marketing campaigns.
• Conduct consultation calls with prospective clients.
• Understand each prospect’s career situation, challenges and requirements.
• Clearly explain our services, process, pricing and client responsibilities.
• Handle objections related to pricing, trust, timelines and service expectations.
• Follow up consistently through calls, WhatsApp and email.
• Close qualified prospects and guide them through the payment and onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate lead status, follow-up notes and sales activity in the CRM.
• Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team after a client is successfully onboarded.

What We Are Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, counselling, EdTech, recruitment, immigration, financial services or another service-based industry.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Confidence in speaking with prospects over phone and video calls.
• Experience handling objections and closing sales.
• Strong follow-up discipline and a target-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working during evening hours to connect with prospects in Canada.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to sell ethically without making false promises or guaranteed-placement claims.

Lead qualification → Consultation → Service explanation → Objection handling → Follow-up → Payment closure

Candidates should be comfortable working with targets and being accountable for revenue results.
