Role & responsibilities: Visit new & existing sites/customers regularly to introduce our company & Product/Services, asses needs, and generate business opportunities. Promote the company's Products/Services, including AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), emergency repair, installation services & Products. Visit customer sites regularly to understand requirements and suggest suitable solution. Provide accurate technical advice and support before, during, and after sales process. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referrals business. Meet or exceed sales targets for service packages, repairs, and new installation. Attend events to expand the customer base. Preferred candidate profile: Must have a valid 4-wheeler's license. Should own a personal car for field visits and client meetings. Minimum 1 year of experience as a field sales engineer, preferable in the electrical services or related industry. Strong knowledge of electrical system, repair, and maintenance service. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
