Sell products by establishing contact with OEM'S and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions, researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements Responsibilities and Duties Organizing sales visits. Establishing new business. Maintaining accurate records. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings. Reviewing sales performance. Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets. Should be able to guide and manage team of salesman. Formulate marketing strategies. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Job Title: Sales Engineer (Sales & Marketing) Educational Qualification: Candidate should be B.E/BBA/MBA (Marketing) Remuneration: Salary + incentive, commensurate to candidate’s experience & skill. Experience: 5 to 6 years (Mostly Plastic industries- For example-capital, insularity etc.) Language: Candidate should know local language as well as Hindi & English. Knowledge of additional language desirable.
