Little Joys, a platform for children's health, aids 2 million parents annually in addressing their child's physical, mental, and emotional development with age-appropriate solutions for nutrition, immunity, brain health, and bone health, along with expert medical and nutritional guidance. The company is currently seeking an individual for a key role. They are looking for a candidate who has experience as a founder or operator, capable of building and scaling initiatives rapidly while taking full responsibility for the outcomes. The chosen candidate will be tasked with managing the affiliate P&L entirely, developing a high-conversion creator sales engine by collaborating with influencers, agencies, and partners, overseeing the end-to-end funnel process from outreach to performance tracking, and establishing creator partnerships focused on generating sales. Additionally, the role involves establishing effective communication with content, product, and growth teams to optimize successful strategies and address any shortcomings. The ideal candidate should possess at least 13 years of experience in affiliate sales, B2B partnerships, or revenue ownership. They should have a background in early-stage startups or have experience in building ventures from inception. Strong competencies in managing performance metrics, unit economics, and growth strategies are crucial, along with the ability to negotiate effectively, build trust, and keep creators motivated.
