As a Sales Effectiveness Associate Director at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in developing solutions for key offerings, supporting sales and delivery of core practices, and managing content used for developing, enabling, and delivering offerings. Your expertise in Sales effectiveness with Record To Report (RTR) Skills, specifically in Finance and Accounting (F&A) management processes, will be instrumental in collecting, processing, and delivering relevant, timely, and accurate information for strategic, financial, and operational feedback to assess business performance. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Proactively identify, define, and solve complex problems that impact the direction of the business or work effort, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Accenture. - Develop and execute strategies to achieve key business objectives in your area of responsibility. - Engage with senior management levels at clients and within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters. - Have autonomy in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. - Make decisions with a major and lasting impact beyond your own responsibility. - Manage large, complex teams and/or work efforts at clients or within Accenture, if in an individual contributor role. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation in any field - 18 to 28 years of relevant experience Your contributions will be instrumental in driving value and shared success for clients, shareholders, partners, and communities globally as part of Accenture's commitment to leveraging technology and human ingenuity.
