About Us: Navjyoti Global Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of placement-linked courses designed to enhance employability and bridge the skill gap among students. We partner with colleges and universities across India to deliver industry-relevant training programs that ensure successful career outcomes for students. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in educational sales , particularly in selling placement-linked courses to colleges . The ideal candidate will have an extensive network of contacts with colleges across Delhi/NCR and other parts of India and a proven track record of driving B2B sales in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new college/university partners for placement-linked courses. Build and maintain strong relationships with college directors, placement officers, and HODs across Delhi/NCR and pan-India. Achieve sales targets by promoting our skill development and employability-focused courses. Conduct presentations, workshops, and meetings with educational institutions to showcase course benefits. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging educational needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals with colleges to drive revenue growth. Provide feedback to the product team to enhance course offerings based on market demand. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B educational sales , preferably in selling placement-linked courses, training programs, or EdTech solutions to colleges. Strong existing network with colleges, universities, and educational institutions across Delhi/NCR and other regions . Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Willingness to travel as required.
