Job Title Sales Development Representative (for Asia & Europe) Experience Level 1-2 Years Location Chennai, India Position 2 Job Description We are seeking enthusiastic Sales Development Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Development Representative, youll play a crucial role in the early stages of our sales process. You’ll be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting up meetings for our Account Executives. This is a highly impactful position where you’ll get hands-on experience and training, with plenty of opportunities for growth and advancement within the sales team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through responding to chats, calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings. 2. Sales Generation: Work with the Business head to achieve and exceed sales targets, generating new business and retaining customers. 3. Product Knowledge : Develop a solid understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value to clients. 4. Sales Presentations : Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiate deals with clients to drive revenue. 5. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-up actions using the company CRM system. 6. Reporting: Track sales performance and prepare reports to share with management, providing insights into trends, challenges, and opportunities. 7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other teams to optimize the sales process and customer experience. Required Qualifications: 1. 1+ year of sales experience, ideally in SaaS Products, B2B and Tech 2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to understand and present products/services effectively. 5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 6. Strong organizational and time management skills. 7. Basic proficiency with CRM software like HubSpot and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 2. Experience in UK, Europe and Singapore markets 3. Knowledge of basic accounting, financial reports and XBRL.
