We are seeking a responsible and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Web designing & Digital marketing Sales Team. In this role, you will provide Sales Operational Support to our Sales Team, ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include building sales databases, maintaining opportunities and account details, providing support to the Sales Team for proposal building, and reporting on sales inquiries and their status. Strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges. Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, is required. This is a full-time position based in Kochi with a salary as per industry standards. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement and a performance bonus. The working schedule is day shift from Monday to Friday. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Ernakulam, Kerala before starting work. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and at least 1 year of total work experience is preferred as well.
