Sales & Customer Relations Intern

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth guest communication, both by handling inquiries and reaching out to potential and past customers. Success in this position means building positive relationships with guests, assisting in driving bookings, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to hospitality sales and guest services, helping you build a strong foundation in customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist guests with inquiries regarding bookings, facilities, and services.
• Make outbound calls to potential customers for lead generation and sales support.
• Connect with past guests for retention, feedback, and encouraging repeat visits.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and bookings.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Support daily office-based sales and guest communication activities.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills (English, Hindi, and/or Marathi preferred).
• Confident and professional phone etiquette.
• Eagerness to learn about sales and customer service in the hospitality sector.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a teamwork mindset.
• Prior experience in hospitality or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work on-site at the office in Pune.
