Sales Cordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management:
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B corporate clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose appropriate gifting solutions.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Order Management:
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, procurement, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of gifts.
• Track orders, manage timelines, and resolve any issues that arise during fulfillment.
• Sales Support:
• Assist in the creation of proposals, presentations, and quotations.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Upsell and cross-sell products/services to increase order value.
• Customer Service:
• Address and resolve customer queries or complaints efficiently.
• Gather feedback from clients to improve service offerings.
• Reporting & CRM:
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and orders in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular reports on client interactions, sales activity, and pipeline updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales,client servicing, sales, or customer relationship roles (preferably in gifting, retail, or event services).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
