As a Sales Coordinator at our company, your role will involve handling customer inquiries, calls, emails, documentation, and coordination with the sales team. Your responsibilities will include: - Handling customer calls and responding to product or service inquiries. - Managing and replying to business emails professionally. - Preparing, maintaining, and organizing quotation and enquiry documents. - Following up with clients through calls or emails. - Updating and maintaining customer and enquiry records in MS Excel. - Preparing reports, letters, and basic documents using MS Word. - Coordinating with the sales and accounts team for smooth daily operations. - Maintaining proper filing and documentation for all sales activities. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Any Graduate - Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication. - 1-2 years of experience in office coordination or sales support (Freshers may apply). - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Well-organized, responsible, and confident personality.
