Jajoo Surgicals Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a female Sales Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience to manage coordination between customers and the sales team. The role involves handling communication, supporting sales processes, and ensuring smooth order management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a link between sales team and customers for regular updates, queries, and follow-ups
• Maintain records of orders, dispatches, payments, and communication
• Coordinate internally with logistics and accounts to ensure timely deliveries
• Prepare and share basic MIS reports and data summaries
• Manage calls, emails, and documentation related to sales operations
• Support senior sales executives in administrative tasks

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female only
• Age: 20 to 35 years
• Experience: 2–3 years in sales coordination, backend sales, or admin roles
• Qualification: Graduate in any stream (BA, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, etc.)
• Skills Required:
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel and basic computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
