Sales Coordinator- Female

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Female Sales Coordinator who can actively support the sales and marketing of fluorescent pigments and Holi colours. The ideal candidate should be smart-working, confident, and passionate about communication and customer engagement. You must be a technology-friendly professional who can generate leads, follow up efficiently, and suggest practical solutions. Prior experience in industrial or festival product sales is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate sales and marketing activities related to fluorescent pigments and Holi colours
• Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and field outreach
• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business
• Assist in preparing quotations, product brochures, and client proposals
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with production and dispatch teams for timely deliveries
• Track orders, payments, and client feedback
• Support in digital campaigns, exhibitions, and client meetings
• Suggest improvements in sales strategy based on client interactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (in Marketing, Business)
• Only Female
• 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, B2B sales, or marketing
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and preferably regional language
• Experience with industrial or seasonal (Holi) product sales will be valued

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
