Job Title: Junior Sales Coordinator (Engineering Background) Location: Coimbatore Experience Level: 1- 2+ Years Key Responsibilities: Coordinate Sales Activities: Assist in managing daily sales operations, ensuring timely updates, documentation, and internal coordination. Conduct Weekly Sales Meetings: Help organize and participate in weekly sales meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting notes and action points. Prepare Sales Proposals: Draft technically sound and well-structured sales proposals based on client requirements and product specifications. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with technical, marketing, and finance teams to gather accurate information for proposals and customer responses. Sales Strategy Support: Support the sales team in preparing basic sales strategies and reports under guidance. KPI Tracking: Assist in defining and monitoring KPIs for sales team members using CRM and internal reporting tools.
