Job Title: Coordinator (Technical Sales – Backend Support)

Number of Positions: 02

Location: Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam

Preferred Candidate: Female (0–1 year experience)

Qualification: Preferably Science Graduate

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Coordinators to support our Technical Sales team in backend operations. The role involves communication with vendors and clients, preparation of technical documents, and assisting in various project support activities. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle challenges

Good organizational, planning, and time management skills

Proficiency in drafting, editing, and reviewing reports, quotations, and technical documents

Ability to coordinate with internal teams for sourcing, quality assurance, and technical support

Relationship management with vendors and clients

Basic knowledge of technical products/processes (training will be provided for freshers)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and maintaining vendor and client relationships

Prepare and review reports, quotations, and technical documents

Provide backend support to the sales team, including research and material sourcing

Monitor and coordinate technical delivery schedules across the project lifecycle

Maintain internal databases and prepare budget quotations

Prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth coordination between departments

Take ownership of tasks and contribute positively to team objectives
