Establish active communication
and engagement with export,
production & dispatch teams to
ensure that orders are processed
promptly
Support export team by
completing orders and keeping
customers informed of delays
and delivery dates
Contribute to overall customer
satisfaction by promptly
answering emails and handling
their phones
Maintain organized records of all
relevant activities like orders,
sales, pendencies, etc and report
to relevant team when required
Schedule product audits
whenever necessary
Maintain files systems and
database of sales records
Coordinate between customer
and factory.
