We are seeking a Product Specialist to support our sales and customer engagement initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls from potential and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner. Assist customers in understanding our product offerings and address any queries they may have. Sales Conversion: Drive sales by effectively converting inbound inquiries into successful transactions. Upsell and cross-sell products and services based on customer needs. Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about all products and services to accurately explain their features, benefits, and value propositions. Provide customers with detailed insights to help them make informed purchasing decisions. Customer Assistance: Guide customers through the online purchase process and assist with any difficulties. Address customer concerns and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, contributing to overall team success. Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly performance to the sales manager. Customer Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by offering exceptional service and follow-up support. Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals. CRM Management: Use CRM software to document all customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups. Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in customer records. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies, promotions, and campaigns. Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales improvement initiatives. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest product information, promotions, and industry trends. Attend training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively. Ability to understand and explain product features clearly and persuasively. Passion for sales, customer service, and technology. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Self-motivated, proactive, and a good team player Exp.- 1 year / Freshers Preferred
