Sales Consultant - Real Estate

As a Real Estate Sales professional, you will be responsible for conducting sales activities at project sites or customer locations on behalf of reputed developers. Your primary tasks will include connecting with live customer leads provided by the company, as well as networking with registered or new clients. You will be expected to manage customer inquiries over the phone and effectively convert telephonic conversations into face-to-face meetings. Your goal will be to provide the best possible solutions to customers, conduct site and property visits, and follow up on visits to ensure successful closures. Collaboration with team members and efficient use of CRM tools will be essential to your success in achieving sales targets set by the company. Additionally, you will be required to provide after-sales services and assist customers in securing home loans. A positive attitude towards conducting 2-3 meetings daily and a genuine enjoyment of sales activities are highly encouraged. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a graduate degree and possess 3-7 years of relevant experience in real estate sales. Strong communication skills, a presentable appearance, and the right sales attitude are key attributes required for this position. Immediate joiners are preferred, and the job type is full-time.
