About the Role:

We are looking for a Sales Communication Assistant to manage client chats, sales inquiries, and messages on behalf of CEO. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, professional in tone, and highly responsive throughout the day. Your job will be to maintain smooth client communication, handle follow-ups, and keep track of leads and responses.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and respond to client messages, DMs, and sales inquiries on behalf of CEO

- Communicate professionally and clearly in English with potential and existing clients

- Share details about The Review Universe’s services and guide leads through the process

- Maintain organized records of client interactions and updates

- Follow up with clients and ensure timely communication

- Keep CEO updated about active conversations and leads

- Be available throughout the day for timely responses and urgent updates

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

- Professional, polite, and confident approach

- Basic understanding of sales communication and client management

- Highly responsive and dependable

- Must have a smartphone/laptop with stable internet access

- Prior experience in sales, communication, or virtual assistance (preferred but not mandatory)
