Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Databricks objects using advanced SQL to ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, you will design data models to scale existing reporting solutions in Databricks, Power BI, and Thoughtspot. Your role will involve creating and automating dashboards, visual reports, and analytical tools in Microsoft Power BI to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to maintain data integrity, streamline data processes, and enhance analytical capabilities. Leading and executing data projects, including large-scale data quality improvement initiatives and Data Warehousing efforts, will also be part of your responsibilities. Advanced SQL-based analysis to detect anomalies, assess risks, and drive data-driven improvements will be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency and provide training and support to teams on data tools, governance practices, and analysis techniques.
