We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator for our Injection Molding Unit engaged in manufacturing pharmaceutical plastic bottles. The candidate will support the sales team by coordinating orders, customer communication, production follow-ups, and documentation to ensure smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate sales activities related to pharma plastic bottles & injection molded products

Prepare and maintain sales MIS, order sheets, and customer records

Follow up with clients regarding purchase orders, dispatch, and payments

Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch departments

Track order status and ensure on-time delivery

Assist sales team in preparing quotations, price lists, and invoices

Handle customer inquiries related to product specifications, MOQ, and timelines

Maintain proper documentation as per pharma compliance requirements

Support sales team in achieving monthly and yearly targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

1–3 years of experience in Injection Molding / Pharma Packaging industry preferred

Knowledge of pharma plastic bottles, caps, closures will be an advantage

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting

Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in manufacturing or pharma-related industries

Detail-oriented and process-driven

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
