Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Caller, based in Faridabad. The Sales Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, engaging prospects, explaining our logistics platform, and setting up meetings with the sales team. Other tasks include maintaining accurate records of calls, participating in team meetings, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner
• Experience in sales and customer relationship management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Basic understanding of logistics and shipping industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in using CRM software and other office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
