Sales & Business Development

We are hiring a Sales & Business Development Executive with 0–5 years of experience in sales, business development, furniture, interior, or construction. Freshers with good communication and customer-handling skills are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle interior design sales enquiries from new and existing customers.
• Generate leads through calls, referrals, online enquiries and field visits.
• Understand space, design, material and budget requirements.
• Explain interior design concepts, furniture and renovation solutions.
• Coordinate with designers for design proposals and quotations.
• Arrange site visits and client meetings.
• Follow up on proposals and convert enquiries into projects.

Requirements

• DCE / DME / B.E. Civil / B.E. Mechanical.
• 0–5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
• Ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, and interview performance.
