Sales & Business Development

Candidates will receive a fixed monthly salary along with additional commission based on sales achieved. Higher sales performance means higher earning potential.

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and result-oriented Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, client handling, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
• Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Follow up with leads, prepare quotations, and support the sales process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in client interaction, negotiation, and follow-ups.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and computer applications.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to build a career in sales are welcome.
