Sales Backend Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsAppPrepare and issue quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and follow-up documentation.
• Maintain and update CRM with lead, inquiry, and customer informationCoordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order processing and delivery timelines.
• Manage digital and physical documentation (e.g. drawings, data sheets, POs, invoices).
• Track and report sales activities, open inquiries, and quote conversion ratiosAssist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and compiling technical submissions.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with customers and internal departmentsManage and update product catalogs, pricing sheets, and proposal templates.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, or related field)1–3 years of experience in a sales support, backend, or coordination role (HVAC or manufacturing industry preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google.
• Workspace. Attention to detail, organizational ability, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable handling customer queries and technical documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
