About The Role We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager with a proven track record in selling SaaS products to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with customers and promoting our SaaS products to real estate companies across India. Our flagship product, Smartbdm.ai, is just the beginning as we have plans to launch two more products in the coming quarters. In addition to a competitive fixed salary, you will have the opportunity to earn lucrative incentives for each successful sale, without any upper limit. Responsibilities - Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets to drive business growth. - Lead Management: Utilize the company CRM to effectively manage leads, engage with prospects, and qualify potential clients. - Client Engagement: Present our products, identify client requirements, and establish strong relationships with clients. - Product Demos: Conduct comprehensive online and offline demonstrations of our products to showcase their features and benefits. - Sales Closure: Propose tailored solutions, negotiate effectively, and close deals in a professional manner. Requirements - Proficiency in English and Hindi with strong communication skills. - Previous experience in SaaS sales is a prerequisite for this role. - Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to drive sales initiatives.
