Were a profitable, bootstrapped team of 30 passionate professionals, backed by over 100 years of cumulative experience in experiential eventsfrom Iceland to Japan. TLDR Youll be the first point of contact for our prospectsqualifying leads, nurturing relationships, and helping our Sales & Growth Manager convert interest into bookings. What Youll Do Qualify inbound inquiries via calls, WhatsApp and emaildiscover needs, budget and timing. Research and engage targeted prospects (artists, founders, culture seekers) with personalized outreach. Maintain CRM hygiene: log every touchpoint, update lead stages, set reminders and flag hot opportunities. Schedule discovery calls and virtual demos for the Sales & Growth Manager, then follow up to drive next steps. Draft customized proposals, quotes and one-pagers that reflect each clients story and our unique value. Collaborate with marketing on drip campaigns, A/B test messaging cadences and track which emails convert best. Generate simple reports and dashboardsmonitor conversion rates, response times and pipeline health. Coordinate seamless hand-offs to operations and experience teams once a booking is confirmed. Your Impact & Responsibilities Own the top of our funnel: ensure every lead is followed up within 2 hours and accurately qualified. Help evolve our sales playbook by sharing what works (and what doesnt) in real-time. Be the champion of data accuracyyour timely updates in the CRM keep forecasting reliable. Drive continuous improvement: suggest new outreach channels, messaging tweaks or automation hacks. About You 12 years in a sales or BD role (B2B, premium services or travel a plus) Expertise with at least one CRM and basic sales-automation workflows Exceptional communicatoryour voice and writing build instant rapport Comfortable analyzing numbers and reporting your own performance Self-starter mindset: youre proactive, curious and always looking for better ways to work Team player: you ask questions, share learnings and jump in wherever help is needed Passion for travel and crafting unforgettable, high-touch experiences Culture Fitment Youre data-driven but never lose sight of the human connection.
