Sales Associate

The Operations Executive position in Fujairah, UAE within the Marine/Diving Support Services industry is currently open for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join the team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations and provide essential backend support to the diving team. As an Operations Executive, your key responsibilities will include coordinating and managing operational activities on a daily basis, offering backend support to the diving team for efficient field operations, communicating with boat suppliers, port authorities, and local agencies to ensure timely operations, as well as preparing accurate and timely operational and activity reports. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel, demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills, have the ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive activities effectively. While prior experience in maritime or diving operations is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role. This full-time position is based in Fujairah, UAE, and immediate joiners are preferred.
