Come join us if you enjoy being a part of creating moments of happiness expressed through clothing Job description: Build strong customer relationships by using diverse communication skills to understand customer needs and desires to effectively implement sales/retail procedures in order to boost sales. Acquire/learn extensive product knowledge to provide an excellent shopping experience and create a return clientele base The responsibilities include maintaining the visual merchandising in the store, managing the stock efficiently and general maintenance of the store Relay and co-ordinate information of orders to appropriate teams, maintain schedules and delivery timelines. The candidate is required to have basic understanding of tailoring and be able to take accurate measurements Guarantee brand image and strong understanding of fashion trends, marketing and luxury retail service and ensure store decorum Willingness to learn, punctuality, having a pleasant attitude, being respectful to clients and other associates, and being a team player are all very important! Requirements: Bachelors or higher degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Fashion, Design, advertising or related field MINIMUM 3-5 years of experience in a retail or sales position in fashion, marketing or related industry Knowledge of billing, POS systems and basic order management Experience working in a team and independently, strong communication and co-ordination skills Proficiency and fluency in English, Hindi and Punjabi
