Sales Associate - NBFC

As a Sales Associate at our NBFC located in Ernakulam-Vytila, Thykoodam, and Kolencherry, you will be required to have a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or the banking sector. A Bachelor's degree is mandatory for this role. Your monthly salary will range from 20,000.00 to 30,000.00 along with incentives. The working hours for this position are from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM for 6 days a week. Your responsibilities will include identifying and generating new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales tactics. Meeting or exceeding set sales goals and quotas regularly will be a key part of your role. It is essential to stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. You will also need to keep up-to-date with sales strategies, market trends, and industry developments, and develop and implement sales plans to meet the company's short-term and long-term sales goals. To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree, have at least 1 year of prior sales experience, excellent sales and negotiation skills, be results-oriented and target-driven, and have a good understanding of financial products and services.
