Selection process: Virtual Interview About us: Manglam Plast Pvt Ltd, incorporated in 1993, is a Delhi-based trading company specializing in PVC resin, plasticizers, stabilizers, calcium carbonate, and other plastic additives. We are looking for a Sales Associate to drive sales of our products across Delhi and nearby regions. This is a WFH job. You will receive product and sales training, but you'll be expected to independently generate leads, make outbound calls, and conduct field visits if necessary to convert prospects. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Promote and sell PVC resin, plasticizers, additives, stabilizers, and calcium. 2. Generate your own leads through cold calling and market outreach. 3. Conduct hundreds of outbound calls per week 4. Make in-person sales visits if phone efforts are unsuccessful. Requirements: 1. Minimum 1 year of sales experience. 2. Basic understanding of English (fluency not mandatory). 3. Ability to handle sales pressure and meet targets. 4. Willingness to conduct field visits. Compensation: 1. Probation period: 1 month. Must meet sales target to qualify for fixed salary. (Flexible Targets). If the target is not met: Commission-only, based on actual sales (Minimum 10,000-Commision structure will be provided by the HR). 2. Post-probation salary: 30,000/month (Fixed, in-hand) + Commissions (Variable, up to 30,000+). 3. Training Duration: 1-2 days. 4. Commission: Variable, based on performance. Additional note: Until the expiry of the probation period, the selected candidates will operate on a contractual basis as independent contractors and not as employees of Manglam Plast Pvt Ltd. Post-Probation, the selected candidates will be hired as permanent employees of Manglam Plast Pvt Ltd.
