Job Description We are looking for a Sales Associate to drive sales of our products across Delhi and nearby regions. You will receive product and sales training —but you’ll be expected to independently generate leads , make outbound calls, and conduct field visits if necessary to convert prospects. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell PVC resin, plasticizers, additives, stabilizers, and calcium. Generate your own leads through cold calling and market outreach. Conduct hundreds of outbound calls per week Make in-person sales visits if phone efforts are unsuccessful. Requirements Minimum 1 year of sales experience Basic understanding of English (fluency not mandatory) Ability to handle sales pressure and meet targets Willingness to conduct field visits Compensation Probation Period : 1 month Must meet sales target to qualify for fixed salary. (Flexible Targets) If target not met: Commission-only, based on Actual Sales (structure provided during onboarding) Post-Probation Salary : ₹30,000/month (Fixed, in-hand) + Commissions (Variable, up to ₹30,000+) Training Duration : 1–2 days Commission : Variable, based on performance. Additional Notes Until the expiry of the probation period, the selected candidates will operate on Contractual basis as independent contractors and not as employees of Manglam Plast Pvt Ltd. Post-Probation, the selected candidates will be hired as permanent employees of Manglam Plast Pvt Ltd.
