What We're Looking For

• Experience: 0–3 years in sales (freshers welcome)
• Education: B.Sc. Agriculture/MBA in Agri-Business preferred
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation abilities
• Drive and passion for achieving targets in sales and business development

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through market research and outbound prospecting
• Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and social media outreach to acquire clients
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with consistent lead generation
• Cultivate partnerships with agricultural organizations and stakeholders
• Track and report metrics for lead generation and conversion rates
• Execute strategic sales initiatives and achieve performance goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and client communications
