In this role as a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: - Meet & Greet the customers - Assisting customers throughout the shopping journey - Sharing product features & benefits with the customers - Explaining services, building trust & loyalty - Resolving Customers queries pre & post Sale - Ensure product delivery to the customer on time - Receive feedback from the customer on services & product When it comes to Inventory Management, you will be expected to: - Conduct daily quick count - Receive bulk shipment, perform physical count & mark received in the system on a daily basis - Perform daily replenishment to fill the display gap - Check the bad inventory/damaged products & keep them in designated places - Ensure daily handover & receiving products from the app - Highlight inventory mismatch/discrepancies to the Store Manager As part of the Operational Process, you will need to: - Follow the VM guidelines - Maintain cleanliness & hygiene in the store - Update all the SOPs files on a daily basis - Reconcile daily cash & card sales If there are any additional details about the company in the Job Description, please provide them for a more comprehensive understanding.,
