About Us:

We’re looking for a motivated and compassionate Sales Assistant to join our team and support our fundraising efforts through excellent customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, donors, and supporters in a welcoming and respectful manner
• Promote and sell items, ensuring a positive experience that reflects our values
• Operate the till/POS system and handle transactions accurately
• Support stock rotation, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized sales area
• Assist community outreach when needed

Requirements:

• Friendly, approachable, and professional communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Flexible and proactive attitude
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not essential
• Willingness to work occasional weekends or events
