Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers with product selection (lights, fans, switches, fittings, etc.).
  • Explain features, pricing, and offers clearly.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and follow-up.
  • Coordinate with the billing team and delivery staff.
  • Keep product displays neat and attractive.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum +2 / Degree (preferred).
  • Prior sales or showroom experience in electrical/lighting is a plus.
  • Good communication skills (Malayalam essential; English/Hindi an advantage).
  • Positive attitude and customer-friendly personality.

Working Hours

9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
