Sales Assistant

It is essential to learn and maintain thorough product knowledge, including diamonds, gold, and gemstones, to provide accurate information to customers. You will be responsible for handling basic sales operations and billing under supervision, ensuring a seamless transaction process for our valued customers. Additionally, you will support in maintaining the showroom display and cleanliness to create an inviting environment for visitors. Building lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-ups will be a key aspect of your role. As part of the team, you will assist with stock inventory management and tagging as needed to ensure optimal product availability and organization. Your active participation in training sessions will contribute to your continuous growth and development in the jewellery industry. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, requiring your presence in person at our work location.
