Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The Sales Assistant will support the sales team in achieving targets by providing excellent customer service, handling sales inquiries, maintaining store or office presentation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Welcome students, parents, and walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Explain courses, universities, and study abroad options to potential students.
Assist the counseling team with admission applications, documentation, and follow-ups.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, and student applications.
Follow up with students to ensure timely submission of documents and payments.
Support in organizing seminars, webinars, and promotional activities.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and maintaining fee records.
Coordinate with universities/partners as needed.
Achieve monthly inquiry conversion and admission targets with the team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
