✅ Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
✅ Call and follow up with potential leads
✅ Convince and assist customers to complete bookings by addressing queries or concerns.
✅ Verify confirmed bookings to validate customer and booking details.
✅ Provide support via phone/WhatsApp/emails, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
✅ Update lead details, remarks, and booking status in Google Sheets or CRM.
✅ Coordinate with fleet/operations teams for customer requirements or escalations.
✅ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
