Job Description

Key Roles:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

    • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business targets for pumps, valves, motors, and related products.
    • Identify new business opportunities across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
    • Forecast regional demand and sales potential based on market analysis and customer requirements.
    • Drive product promotion, pricing, and positioning strategies to maximize regional market share.
    • Team Management

    • Lead, guide, and mentor regional sales and service teams to achieve sales and service objectives.
    • Conduct training programs to enhance technical and product knowledge of team members.
    • Monitor performance and implement performance improvement plans where necessary.
    • Customer Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and end-users.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback for continuous product and service improvement.
    • After-Sales Service & Technical Support

    • Supervise service operations including installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and warranty handling.
    • Coordinate with service engineers to ensure minimal downtime and prompt issue resolution.
    • Maintain service KPIs such as turnaround time, service quality, and customer feedback.
    • Provide technical support to customers and assist in product selection, sizing, and system integration.
    • Business Development

    • Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and channel partners in the assigned region.
    • Explore new segments and projects related to water treatment, HVAC, oil & gas, process industries, and utilities.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.
