Sales and Marketing

The Sales and Marketing Associate is responsible for promoting the company’s products or services, generating leads, building customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth through effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients
• Present, promote, and explain products or services clearly
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Track sales activities and prepare basic reports

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Support social media, email, and promotional activities
• Conduct basic market research and analyze customer trends
• Help create marketing materials such as flyers, presentations, or posts
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (degree in marketing, business, or related field is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Organized, motivated, and goal-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
