Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to drive growth in the Kolkata and Eastern India region. This is a field-based, B2B sales role focused on developing strong customer relationships, closing high-value deals, and representing Pipext at trade events. Regular travel across West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam, and surrounding areas is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert new customers across the Eastern region
• Manage relationships with pipe manufacturers, distributors, and contractors
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Coordinate with Ahmedabad HQ for pricing, specs, and order processing
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and local events
• Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor insights
• Provide post-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of field sales experience in industrial machinery, extrusion systems, or B2B equipment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with the Eastern Indian market preferred
• Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English
• Ability and willingness to travel 70%+ of the time
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
