Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Sales and Marketing professionals. The responsibilities include generating sales, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying and converting leads, and conducting training sessions. Professionals in this role will manage marketing campaigns, promote services, and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales & Marketing strategies
• Experience in Training clients or team members on products and services
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team setting
• Proactive attitude with a results-driven approach
• Familiarity with B2B marketing platforms and lead generation processes is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role or the B2B industry is advantageous
