Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Drive revenue growth, achieve sales targets, and identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
Identify market trends, analyze competitor activities, and develop strategies to improve market share.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and brand-building activities.
Explore new markets, generate business leads, and expand the company's customer network.
Monitor sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and present business updates to management.
Manage sales budgets, marketing expenditure, and customer feedback to improve overall performance.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong sales, marketing, negotiation, and business development skills.
Good knowledge of the gold and jewellery industry, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, sales reporting, and CRM tools.
