Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager Corporate & Industrial Catering

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Generate new business from corporate offices, IT parks, manufacturing units, educational institutions, hospitals, and industrial clients.
• Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities in corporate catering, industrial catering, and institutional food services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, and Facility Management teams.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, presentations, proposal submission, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent business growth.
• Coordinate with Operations and Culinary teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and effective service delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Develop strategies for client retention, repeat business, and expansion of existing accounts.

Required Skills:

• Strong B2B sales and business development skills.
• Experience in corporate sales, institutional sales, or industrial catering.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and close business contracts.
• Strong team management, leadership, and target achievement capabilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
