Sales and Marketing Internship

Role Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and compassionate Marketing Intern to support our front office operations and assist in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for patients. This role offers hands-on exposure to hospital operations, patient registration, consultation facilitation, and service coordination.

Responsibilities:

1. User Engagement & Feedback Collection

• Approach patients & their families for app downloads and appointment bookings.
• Interact with patients, doctors, and support staff to gather structured feedback on the app experience.
• Document challenges, pain points, and suggestions from users.
• Conduct quick surveys or interviews to capture user sentiment and behavioural trends.

2. User Training & Engagement

• Help conduct onboarding and basic training sessions for hospital staff and patients on how to use digital health platforms.

3. Operational Coordination

• Support day-to-day functioning of digital platforms at the hospital.
• Help resolve first-level queries from users; escalate critical concerns to the Operations or IT team.
• Help track issue resolution status and document key insights for continuous improvement.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams (clinical, IT, admin) to implement small process changes based on user feedback.
• Monitor app-related issues in the hospital and ensure prompt escalation or resolution.

Requirements:

• A final-year student or recent graduate in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and interact with doctors, nurses, and patients.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
