Role Summary

We are looking for a smart, motivated Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team in Pune. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that involves working directly with our core team on client acquisition, marketing campaigns, event participation, and overall business growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Client Outreach

  • Engage in both outbound and inbound communication with potential clients
  • Schedule, manage, and follow up on product demo meetings
  • Maintain structured lead data and ensure timely updates

Client Engagement & Demo Coordination

  • Assist in conducting product demos to prospective users
  • Participate in client meetings (virtual and in-person) to understand and support their needs
  • Capture and relay user insights to the internal team

Event Participation

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences within and outside Pune
  • Support pre-event and on-site coordination

Marketing Operations

  • Monitor LinkedIn activity and market trends in our domain
  • Coordinate marketing creatives and campaign ideas with the team
  • Track performance of digital campaigns and contribute to optimization

Candidate Profile

  • Strong in verbal and written communication
  • Passionate about sales, marketing, and business development
  • Confident in client-facing roles and professional conversations
  • Comfortable with outbound calls and lead follow-ups
  • Aware of current social media and digital marketing trends
  • Eager to understand our products and contribute meaningfully to their promotion
  • Familiar with tools like LinkedIn, Canva, and Google Sheets
  • Curious and adaptable to learning AI-based tools and tech-enabled workflows
